The creation process is both intricate and meaningful. It begins by carefully embedding sentimental items—such as funeral plants, flowers, prayer cards, obituaries, newspaper clippings, clothing, or personal mementos left behind by loved ones—into the pen blanks. These elements are skillfully transformed on a lathe and sculpted into a design that reflects the craftsman’s vision. Each pen undergoes meticulous sanding, polishing, and multiple finish coats to achieve a flawless, enduring appearance.

To complement the pen, a hand-crafted wooden case is available. These cases are offered in various stained finishes and are rigorously sanded and polished to a lustrous sheen. A custom 25.4mm x 12mm brass medallion nameplate, engraved with personalized text provided by the client, adorns the front of the case.
