  1. Design Approval
  • Before we begin crafting your personalized item, you will receive a digital proof of the design for approval. This design is created based on your specifications and preferences.
  • Once you approve the design, it confirms that the details, including names, dates, artwork, and any custom text, are accurate.
  1. No Refunds After Design Approval
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once you have signed off on the design. The approval of the final design indicates that you are satisfied with the product details and that we can proceed with production.
  • If any errors are found in the approved design after production, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to address issues caused by our team (e.g., errors in customization or materials) at no additional cost to you.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellations are only possible before you approve the final design. Once the design has been approved, we will begin production, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a partial refund for the defective item, provided it is returned in its original packaging and not damaged deliberately.
  1. Non-Returnable Products
  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items once they have been produced and shipped unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
