1. Intellectual Property Rights

All products, designs, content, and materials available for purchase on this website, including digital products, craft designs, fiction, non-fiction, and any related intellectual property, are the sole property of Courage of Faith LLC and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that by purchasing or using any of these products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal or authorized purposes, as specified herein.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase of a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only unless otherwise specified. For digital products (including eBooks, patterns, templates, audio files, or digital files), you are granted the following rights:

• Personal Use: You may use the digital product only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• No Commercial Use: You may not use the product for any commercial purposes without obtaining a separate commercial license from Courage of Faith LLC.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise share the digital product or craft designs in whole or in part.
• Share or upload digital files to public platforms, peer-to-peer networks, or any unauthorized website.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the purchased products unless specifically authorized by Courage of Faith LLC
• Use any product for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Digital Watermarking

To protect our intellectual property, we may include digital watermarking or other tracking mechanisms in our digital products. These measures help to prevent unauthorized distribution. You agree not to remove or tamper with any such watermarking or tracking mechanisms.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable files and digital content), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the purchase is complete. If there is a technical issue with the file, please contact us within 5 days for assistance.

For physical craft products, our refund policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging for all non-custom craft products.
• For custom crafts, no returns or refunds are allowed once the design has been agreed upon and signed off by the customer prior to production. By confirming and signing off on the design, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the custom craft will be made according to the agreed specifications and cannot be returned or refunded after production begins.

• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

6. Termination of License

If you violate these Terms, your license to use the purchased products will be terminated immediately, and you must cease all use of the products and delete them from your devices. We reserve the right to take legal action for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.

7. No Resale or Redistribution

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or offer for sale any purchased products in any form. This includes offering the products on your website, in marketplaces, or through other online/offline channels. Any violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of your license and possible legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Courage of Faith LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if Courage of Faith LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Courage of Faith LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the purchased products in violation of these Terms.
